How it works

01

Freeze them flat

Lay the packs in the freezer overnight. The cells are pre-filled with pure water and sealed, so there is nothing to soak, mix or hydrate.

02

Soothe or keep cool

Wrap a pack in a cloth and hold it on bumps, bruises, bites and minor knocks, or drop one into a lunch box to keep food cold until home time.

03

Wash and re-use

Wipe down with mild detergent, dry and put them straight back in the freezer. Non-toxic, food-safe and re-usable for years.
