Shipping policy

Delivery within Australia

We ship Australia-wide. A flat shipping rate of $15 (plus GST) applies per order, regardless of size or destination. Prices shown on the website exclude GST; GST and shipping are added at checkout.

Dispatch times

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Custom, bulk and made-to-order items take longer; we will confirm an estimated dispatch date when we process your order. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Metropolitan areas typically receive orders within 2 to 6 business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas may take longer. Iceepak products are shipped unfrozen and are not perishable.

Bulk, school and trade orders

Large orders may be shipped on a pallet or by a freight carrier, and freight may be quoted separately. Schools can order using our School Order Form and be invoiced. Call 1300 559 568 to discuss bulk pricing and freight.

International orders

We do not currently offer international shipping through the website. Please contact us at admin@iceepak.com.au to discuss overseas orders.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully. Re-delivery or return freight caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel may be charged to the customer.
