Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made through this website, operated by Iceepak Australia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST and shipping are added at checkout. We take care to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment made. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Approved schools and trade customers may order on account by arrangement.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. For health, hygiene and food-safety reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Using our products

Please follow the use and care instructions supplied with each product. Cold and heat products can cause injury if used incorrectly: never apply frozen products directly to skin, always use a cover or wrap, and do not use on infants, on people with impaired sensation or circulation, or for longer than recommended. Our products and website content are not medical advice; consult a health professional about treating injuries or medical conditions. Food-transport products are designed to help maintain temperature and do not replace your own food-safety monitoring and procedures.

Custom and branded products

Where we manufacture items to your specification or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use that artwork and that the specification is correct. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Intellectual property

Iceepak, Flexible Ice Blanket, Sof-Pac and the content of this website are our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to products purchased through this website is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price paid.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this website at the time you order applies to that order.
