Iceepak Flexible Ice Blanket™
Separate sealed cells of 100% pure, UV-treated water in HACCP-approved food-grade film. One kilo spreads further than a kilo of gel packs, distributes cold evenly with no hot spots, and keeps working again and again.
How it works
Freeze it flat
Lay the blanket in the freezer overnight. No soaking or hydrating — the cells are already filled and sealed.
Wrap or layer
Spread between food layers or wrap around bottles and containers. Cut between pouches for the size you need.
Wash and re-use
Wash in mild detergent or diluted bleach, then dry, and put straight back in the freezer. With care a blanket lasts for years.

Cold, without freezing what matters
The liquid's phase change temperature sits above 0°C, so a Flexible Ice Blanket cannot freeze a pathology specimen or a vaccine. Packed correctly in a Sof-Pac® insulated container, specimens hold between 2°C and 8°C for up to 20 hours.
Originally developed to transport whole blood, serum and plasma, it is used today by Immunisation programs and Pharmacies across Australia for Vaccine Transport and Contingency Storage.
